It was exactly what we needed to complete the look in our recently revamped master bedroom. It looks just like it does in the pictures. The pile is perfect for stepping out of of bed in the morning. We repurposed a piece of non-skid rug mat (from under the small area rugs this replaced) making it even cushier on each side of the bed. Not necessary at all, but we had it so we used it. A great value. The only thing you need to have on hand is a double faced tape for the edges. We tried weighing down the edges for about a week but once we got the double faced taped it worked
